Default Full featured Pre-amp

I would like to find something that I can use as a pre-amp, that possibly could come with a remote, and have adjustments for bass, treble, volume, fade, etc. Something were I can finish my home theater amp and have all the same digital features as a OEM amp. (i'm trying to avoid adding nobs to my system)
