I have some problems with my HP 5550 printer and want to open it. I removed three screws that I could access easily but the top cover will not come off and I can't find and clips to pry loose. Does anyone have any idea how this is removed . Any web site which has such information ?
I can't find a service manual. I would assume that anyone who can help also has a HP5550 printer. The problem. A gear seems to be slipping inside and now the printer cartridge appears stuck ( extreme right side ) according to a pop up window on my screen. Thanks.
