Anyone transmitting multichannel audio and high def (or at least DVD quality) video over 5.8 ghz RF send/receive units?
Can you transmit the video on a video channel and say DTS over another video channel on a separate pair of transmit/receivers ? A friend wants to transmit High Def video along with its multichannel audio to a high def projection television about 100 feet away. Or is there special low power high def transmitting equipment, similar to what the local television channels use to transmit that would be FCC legal? |

The February 2008 issue of "Widescreen Review" magazine has an article "Delivering Wireless HD to Your TV". Conclusion Wireless (HDMI) will be available later this year.
