Hi
In Eagle, I specify my minimum drill size as 50mil, but after autorouting, there are lots of parts with holes smaller than 50mil, and I get DRC errors telling me so. How can I make Eagle change the parts drill diameters? Also, a little success story: I wanted autorouter to put as many tracks on the bottom of the board as possible - in the autorouter setup, I changed 'costs' for the top layer to 99, and there were almost no tracks on top! Very useful... I'm making boards doing toner transfer (very easy) - but I've noticed that in the final board, the track width and clearances have changed. I suppose this is from pressing on the transfer paper hard, squishing the ink and spreading it out. Has anyone had this problem? I've figured out correction factors to account for this in the final board. Currently my biggest problem is getting double sided boards to line up perfectly - they are still off by probably up to 20mil, and sometimes this causes shorting between tracks. When I'm ready to iron the transfers onto the copper board, I line the two sides up by looking at them through a light. Does anyone have a better way to line them up and get tighter tolerances? Thanks...

Oh, also, how does one place a part on the bottom of the board? Similarly, once a part is placed on the board, how do you kick it off, putting it outside the card's perimeter, like when the board is first created?
