Can the Golden Tube Audio SE-40 SE drive 16 ohm woofers?

HI I'm planning to build P19 from the http://www.lampizator.eu/SPEAKERS/PR...%20baffle.html web page. I have the Raven 2 tweeters the Saba mids and the Altec 803B woofers. The woofers are 16 ohm drivers, will it be ok to use the GTA SE-40 SE?
