how would read software put on ssts7sf010 eeprom??

how how would read software FORM an eeprom sst27sf010

TIE ALL ADDRESSPINS TOGETHER THEY WOULD BE YOUR INPUT
TIE ALL DQ1 -DQ7 HAVE THEM AS AS DATA OUT WOULD ALSO HAVE TIE OE PIN TO DQ PINS VCC SET AT 5.5V 30 MA

I HAVE OPERATED ON THIS IN A WHILE
