Default help please im having problems with my vbulletin

http://www.strikegaming.com/forum/ see that message? How can i fix it? Well, this is what happened all i know is i went to add a new forum category and then it gave me that message.. so i dont understand.Unfortunetly it was my fault but, i do know the problem if you read the Error here http://strikegaming.com/forum it mentions the parentorder and id etc... Now, when i go to the admin panel anything under the category Moderators and Forums Do not work.... They all give me that message but, everything else works perfectly. Also, 2 nights ago i was adding a new category and when i clicked ok the forums crashed . IS there anything i can do? We already backed up the database so we will transfer it to our new forums, but is there anything i can do to revive these? Makes matters worse is im just an admin not the owner of the boards the owner has been busy and has not yet been able to give me the ftp and pw,username for the domain strikegaming.com, if there is anything i can do to restore the forums back please help me, thank you.

This would seem like something for the vBulletin support.
