Hi,
does eagle have the option to narrow the track with to pass between pins pads and then widens it again after it passes the pad ? |

Yes, just draw the trace to right before you want it to go thin, then change the width in the toolbar at the top, extend the thin piece through where it should go, click on width again and select the original trace width to continue on...
You can also change width of existing segments by clicking on the spanner icon... > width> select the trace thickness and just click on the segments... |
