klipsch bash amp repair

i have a problem with my promedia ultra 5.1 amp
my subwoofers are playing at less then 25% volume

does anybody know what i can check for failure using a multimeter?

nevermind.. it was a stupid software error!

there is a bug in the creative xfi thx setup console
i enabled bass re-direction and then a couple days later the bug was encountered
