Hi,
Anyone using ManualsCenter.com as a source of manuals? I have used them in the past, and been quite happy with the service. Unfortunately my last request (and payment) went unanswered. More worrying, they won't respond to any communication. Perhaps wise to consider other sources in preference. I will update if they come good. cheers, Michael |

I've used them quite a few times without problems. The last one was April 2007.
I've also had some from here at reasonable prices and good service. http://service-manuals.webs.io/ |

Time to call your credit card company. fwiw, sometimes oneline ordering can be wonky -- on my webstore which uses PayPal orders sometimes don't get routed to my site for several days. |

Not limited to online. A store owner near me mentioned that for three days last week any store thin the US using the same POS system as he couldn't get credit card transactions processed.

Hi,
After five days, I received a message from ManualsCenter.com, asking me to explain my problem. It turns out that there is an issue with their website. To retrieve your manual once paid for, you need to click on a tiny arrow next to "My Downloads". Clicking on the link identifying the manual returns a "Not Found" error. I have strongly suggested that they fix this problem, and email the buyer with a direct link to the purchased manual. I wonder how many others have been confused by this, resulting in their current poor reputation? The lack of response to emails is another issue entirely... regards, Michael |

They normally send an order update email which has this link to your documents for download. You sign in and it's there for downloading.
