Can you secure LEDs with a glue gun, or will the glue just melt? Any ideas?

LEDs do stay cold when they burn so there shouldn't be a problem.

Do not use any glue.
Some wrong glues maybe can destroy the plastic of the LED. This goes for several other plstic electric stuff. Some are badly attacked by the glue. Use the glue suited for the plastic, in question. Or use some other way to secure the components. /halo |
