Default UK Front Panel metal work

Any suggestions where to get a 8mm thick aluminium fron panel machined?

I need some round holes and a rectangular cutout and it must look much neater than I can file by hand!

I can produce a profession drawing.

I don't exect it to be cheap.

TIA

Cliff

Hi.

I have not used these people but they were recommended to me.
They can do one-offs.

I know your probably looking for a local shop, but have you looked into www.frontpanelexpress.com?

The software they have for download makes the process of creating a panel extremely easy.

EDIT: Oops, I guess they have a division in Europe also....

Great responses!

That SCHAEFFER site is amazing!

I have already designed the panel cutouts and engraving using their freebee software.

They will accept my existing 10mm aluminium panels and the cost, calculated online in real time is €25 each!

Perfect for a professional finish!

Happy bunny here ...

Let us know how it turns out. I'm going to have them do a job for me, but I have to come up with the money first.

My Heil AMT's will be open baffle mounted soon.
