I'm trying to find out the details of the eu regulations on volume for in ear headphones. Unfotunately the terms "regulation" and "volume" is turning up volumes of regulations 
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I'm also confused as to how it's supposed to be calculated as headphones vary vastly in output and sensitivity.
