Schematic for check

I´m working on the electronic for the DC Brushed Motor Drive from Mark.
My goal is the design of the complete equipment: SMD Printed Board Assembly with Zuken Tools; Enclosure Design (for Electronic, Motor with Pulley) with ProE; only best parts.
First step is the charger: see the attached PDF-file.
I need the check of the wiring of the charge status LEDS.
Next schematics will be the AC Power Supply, Controller and Adjustment Circuits.
