Most monitors won't sync to standard video refresh rates, so, you'll need some kind of standards converter/frame rate doubler.

Hi,
are the digital interfaces being fitted to the recent monitors/TVs/DVDplayers compatible? |

The easiest/cheapest way to do this is to get a new video card with TV output. It is becoming quite common. It is probably also cheaper then an outboard converter.
