Default Display Help Needed

I have an Amber 4400 audio test set that needs a "regular" oscilloscope (Y axis and 200ms time base) to use as a display, and a Sound Technology 1500 that uses an internal raster scan 5" "TV" monitor as a display, that is prone to failure.

So , I was thinking, is there some "simple" way to adapt, say a modern Tablette of some kind to accept either this oscilloscope, and/or XY and/or raster scan (NTSC) input?
