Unhappy Radford Ldo3 not oscillating

hi, I am looking for any information on the stabilization control board, (M3366/2), fitted on the main oscillator PCB (M3363/4) in the Radford LDO3 oscillator.
My LDO3 has stopped oscillating and I suspect this control board but I cannot find any information on it.
A diagram or parts list would be very helpfull as I already have one for the main oscillator board, but any information or ideas would be most welcome.

Stan Curtis made the 13 page LDO3 technical manual available on
http://www.stancurtis.com/Soundtech/...%20Series3.pdf

If you have anything on this model which is not in that document, I would appreciate a copy.
