Searching for a potentiometer... (Marantz PM510)

Hello everyone.
I have an amplifier Marantz PM510 DC, and the volume potentiometer isn't working anymore,so i want to replace it !
The problem is that... well... I can't find anything on the internet...
The references for the piece are :
Trademark : ALPS
Ref. Number : RM01040310
Ohm : 100kΩ

I searched for hours and found nothing, so i thought maybe you can help !
(Oh, and by the way, i'm sorry about my poor vocabulary, i'm french and i don't know anything in english about amplifiers)

ALps makes them specifically for the amplifier company. Most pots in commercial equipment are custom made for them. Very rare to find "off the shelf" pots.

Finding one that is electrically the same - 100k - is the easy part. But finding one the same size, with the same shaft, and the same mounting pattern, and so on is the difficulty.
