Bruel and Kjaer 2619 mic preamp schematic

Hi everyone,
I have a broken Bruel and Kjaer microphone preamp type 2619 and would appreciate it if someone can let me have a copy of the circuit diagram.
Any anecdotes from anyone who has successfully repaired/found replacement FET's, transistors?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dave. I have just acquired a manual for my 2619s (I have quite a few). Should be here any day now and I would be happy to send you the schematics. Finding a FET to replace the orig should be very easy. Although there may not be any exact part number equivalents there will be many easily obtainable devices with a very close (or better than original) parameter match, lower noise etc. than the original FET . The early FETs had a very wide ranging distribution of parameters for a given part number. Because of much more advanced manufacturing techniques most of these have been replaced by families of devices which fit well inside the parameter range of the original devices and with many improvement over the original including being much less susceptible to static charge destruction!.

I am not that familiar with the workings of the member contact mechanisms on DiyAudio but contact me through my email if still interested.. Or leave me contact info and I will check back on this thread occasionally. Chris

Hello, I am brand new to this forum and it is your posts have prompted me to join. I also have a non -working Bruel & Kjaer 2619 preamp and any information on servicing or a schematic would be greatly appreciated. One thing I would like to know is how do you open it up?
