Default digital tweezers

Are these any good?

Tweezers Digital Capacitance Multimeter Meter R / C SMD | eBay

I need something for capacitance. I've got dmms and a portable scope.

I have used a similar product that cost more and found it most usefull. Also the price is right. Ive got the similar problem in that none of my tools have the ability to measure C.
Too bad it wont do L. What do they mean by "Relative Measurement"

Yeah, just bought the item ($28). I'm not sure what relative measurement is. I'll have to read the user manual.

relative means it zeros the existing display.

you can use it to compare capacitors/resistors etc. When you measure a 1k resistor and press relative, it will display zero. If you then connect a 1.1K resistor, it will display 100ohms. With a 900 ohm resistor, it will display -100ohms.

Got it yesterday. It works!

It also came with a 2nd set of batteries.
