Portable O-Scope?
Hi all -
Is this little LCD-based scope worthy to have on my bench, and is it really useful for audio trouble-shooting? I have my doubts about something this inexpensive and is true usefulness other then basic measurements. Yes? |

It's nothing special. For the same money you could get a good Second Hand CRT scope with 200MHz bandwidth.
However, for Audio use, just to see where the signal has gone it should be OK. |

Honest answer is it's just a toy. The "input" stages use TL084 and NE5532 opamps.
It's no good for serious work.

I bought a nano dso on ebay... Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet.
ARM DSO Nano - Pocket-Sized Digital Oscilloscope | eBay But it's worth a look. |
