Default IM analyzers and Scopes PC based

Would anyone know of any way to use a PC as a IM or THD distortion analyzer? Perhaps there's some sort of kit I can build but haven't heard of yet.
Would anyone have any suggestions regarding any good oscilloscope addons to use for utilizing a PC or laptop as a scope?
