Exclamation speaker

hi,
what do you think about it? > http://e4me.blogas.lt/files/2010/02/smd-453x300.jpg (framework on right ,is from plywood 4mm,height about 25 cm)
biggest loudspeaker will be about 5 inch (12cm exactly) and smaller 2.4 inch (6cm) diameter,i want some advices about speaker choice, one (will be 2) speaker budget is 30 usd +-.
