Default adcive on cleanest A to D

Now I am happy with my D to A, I am looking for the cleanest A to D.
Mic pre-amp, with phantom power, 2 channel, line level inputs. USB out. 24 bit 96K minimum, 2 channel. Considering the Firewire 610. Behringer?

I am also looking for a better PC based scope. There are several out there, but the ads really don't say what they can do. Cost from reasonable to " you have got to be kidding" Right now I just use Zalescope and my Audigy. I want 192K or higher sample, 2 channel delayed sweep. It should work like a real scope. ( amplitude adjustment, sweep adjustment, delay and all that. Fine and course. Being able to use my normal 10x probes would be nice. This would save me from dragging out the old Tek.

Or is the real answer that I need to buy a real used digital scope with a network output of some kind. I need the storage function for single shot and future reference and would like to be able to compare two traces. Lay them on top of each other, adjusted in time and level.

Looks like the e-mu 1616 has the on-paper specs.
