Help! Looking for a Tek 2225 Service Manual or schematics??

Hi there,
My Tek 2225 has developed a problem with the focus control, and Im having trouble finding a service manual or schematic for download.

It has developed a problem with the focus control. As it's the in HV section, I'm a little reluctant to stick my multimeter probes in there!!

Any help much appreciated!!

Ok have this problem fixed, so for future reference:
I took apart the pot to clean the track, as the pots seem to be unobtanium (2kV 2.2M).

From the pots behavoiur I gathered that part of the track on the high side was not conducting, so I simply added a resistor trom the high contact to the wiper contact. It now works fine! (Should be a high voltage resistor) I think I used a 1.5M one in my case.
