I saw a piece of equipment today. I think it was called conductivity bridge meter or contiuity bridg meter. Pretty cheap. Would it be useful?

Well if it's what I think you are writing about it measures in ohms as a recriprical, 1/ohms, ohms ^-1, or as it's known mho's. A meter to measure very high resistance.
Very useful if you need for instance to know the conductvity of very pure water.. a measure of ion concentration. Good to know if you have a bit of water as high voltage insulator or heat exchange agent for nuclear power plant. cyclotronguy Last edited by cyclotronguy; 11th December 2009 at 09:44 PM. Thanks. Always nice to learn something. I saw this piece of equipment at a thrift store for $5. It looked pretty sophisticated. I didn't buy it though.
