I recently tried to buy one of the Circuit-ed CT100 curve tracers that they make for usb ports but their website would seem to indicate that this is no longer available.
Is this the case? I noticed from the archive that there was a thread on this and that one of the members here (wds) was involved in the design. Any clues? |

Hi barclaycon,
wds is / was working on this, and I was waiting for an improved version to come out. I have not heard anything on it yet. Have you tried to inquire with their site messaging feature? -Chris

I didn't see any site messaging on the homepage.
I sent an email but didn't receive a reply. If you try to order one, it says 'no quantity available'. |

Does anybody have any further information about the availability of the Circuit-ed CT100 USB Curve Tracer ?
It all seems to have gone a bit quiet. I haven't been ab;e to contact the manufacturer. |

I had sent them an e-mail last spring and they responded that they were working on a new one (CT-200 if I recall correctly) but that due to the economic conditions it wouldn't be available until the end of the year or later.

Hi ilardi,
Yes, I had the same information except for the expected introduction time. I really hope they have survived the economic downturn in good shape. We need more people in this world like these guys. -Chris
