Default Anyone have a maual for an EICO 427 oscilloscope?

Looking for a manual for an EICO 427 oscilloscope. Anyone have an online location where I can download one, or have one handy that you wouldn't mind copying or scanning for me?

Please e-mail me if you do.

Thanks,
Bob

Hello BobM, Try:

bama.sbc.edu

I just looked and they listed this as one of the manuals they have available, for free! Great website for when you need to find manuals for old equipment. They don't have everything, but the do have a lot.

Peace,

Dave

Yes, thanks. I tried there but I get a "folder not found" error. So perhaps the underlying doc is now gone but the index remains. Don't know for sure, but thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Hello Bob, I was there about 15 mins ago and I found the PDF of the manual. I do know that BAMA can run slow and at times have errors like the one you encountered. This I think is due to the fact that they have information that is in demand, and I don't think they have a lot of network bandwidth available. Thus, I think they limit how many users can pull files at one time. You may need to try a couple of times to get through.

Peace,

Dave

Excellent news. Thanks. I'll try again later tonight. Perhaps my local (work) server is blocking it also. That won't happen on my home computer.

Hey BobM, Did you manage to download the manual you were looking for? If not, I downloaded on a whim and have it on my computer.

Peace,

Dave

Yup, I was able to get in last night and download it. Thanks for your help.

Now I just have to read and understand it.

Glad to hear you got the manual you needed. I can't help you with understanding the manual. I have enough problems like that with the equipment I have.

Good Luck,

Dave
