Did anyone on this board try to put together an oscilloscope from the board offered by KNJN , as explained here ? They also explain how to turn it into a usb oscilloscope.
It seems a 60mhz single channel one could be put together for like 90$ (for a serial port version). A 100mhz one would be 30$ more. Now, the logiciel that comes with it seems rather crude. But for an occasional hobbyist like me, having a very small oscilloscope looks much more attractive than a big old Tek. I know... the computer tower isn't small but it's already in my room and I don't have place for a real workbench.
