Default (wanted) Capacitor Bridge to test caps

I've searched the net, without much luck.
I want to accurately test and match caps for a filter circuit.

0.001 uf ....to... 0.1 uf is the range I need to match for now.
But I'm willing to make this a permanent solution, and case it up.

I have some GenRad standard capacitors as reference.

Any ideas?

Super easy to build, though I have a soft spot for old GR bridges. Try this thread from a few weeks ago-
