Anyone ordered test equipment from them? The advertized prices seem reasonable, just wondering about the general condition of the products and the overall purchase experience. Good? Bad?

I used to purchase "scrap" components from them back in 1968 (and also purchased the odd component from "The Shop on the Bridge", situated over the Kennet or Thames near the Biscuit Factory). They were for sale in batches of 1/2 cwt a bag. Resistors, capacitors and anything else you wanted. All ex WD.
I purchased my first Oscilloscope from Stewart back in 1970 Hameg 20MHz dual beam. Over the years I have purchased all sorts of test gear from them and they were always top quality with full manufacturers guarantee.
I would give them 10/10.
