I am having some trouble getting Clio Fw 11 to work on my new Dell XPs 9360 which has a Tb 3 port. I am using the recommended chain of Apple Tb3-2, Tb-Fw , and Fw800- 400 adapters. I have installed the legacy microsoft driver and made sure that the bios firmware etc in my brand new computer is up to date.
Clio is working well on my desktop with it's native fw port. The xps says the tb3-2 adapter is working and I have changed both the tb -fw and the fw800-400 adapters to no avail.
If anybody out there is using this setup, does the FW 01 interface get powered up immediately when powering on the computer,like it does on my desktop ? That might give a clue as to whether it is a hardware/bios issue or a software issue. Thanks Bill Irwin
