Looks really good close up too. Maybe there are other choices with knobs that people would find more acceptable.

I've attached the file with a asc extension, but this will need to be changed back to psf for it to work with The Print Shop 3.

Kerry,

Can you save it as a Tiff or PDF?

Cheers,

I found one from and earlier post.

These are tricky. Don't know about The Print Shop
but if you can work in 300 DPI it will turn out better.

They can be resized on the back end.

The Big thing for me was trying to get the fonts
large and on the double row numbers...trying to make
the font circle smaller to make the numbers more readable.

If you aren't using the last number after -70, might as well shove dBm in there
and you will have a lot more room. I don't remember what font I used either,
bummer. I don't think is was a generic font. After I got mine dialed in
I changed the font by mistake and I couldn't find the font I used for designing it.

I went from and old 98 version of word to 2007 plus version of word and with
MS' upgrades I couldn't go back to the original and find the font any more.

I wish there was and editable version to save it into.

cheers,

Hi Kerry,
That was helpful to some people who have printshop 3, but I'm also qondering if you could export that as a PDF file?

Hello Chris, Sync

Apologies for the delay in replying, but I've been away in Europe for the past month.

I've attached a PDF file of the labels Unfortunately The Print Shop 3 doesn't allow you to save files other in its own psf format. So I had to use the " Print to file" function. Not sure how this affected quality, but the PDF seems to print OK, provided the actual size box is ticked.
The .1mV and -80 figures don't quite line up though. Very tricky to get this exactly right and I'm a bit reluctant to fiddle further with it because I'll upset all the other alignments.

Hi Kerry,
Many thanks! I wasn't ready to do this yet, so any delay wasn't important. I'll save it on my HP 339A directory.

Kerry,

Thank you for trying. Mine opened as ovals. It is what it is.
I can't edit the PDFs and I know all about the one little tweak
that blows up everything. I've got lists of 30 different file names
when I worked with mine.... Then the font I was using disappeared
from MS Word, and I didn't write the font name it used down.

This was right after one of the automatic upgrades Microsoft does
when you least expect and least want it.

Hope your travels in Europe were good. Holiday were you?
Do you in the UK get the standard 6 week annual holiday?
Will that change with Brexit?

Cheers

Hello Sync

Sorry it didn't work. I tried MS Word too but found it even more frustrating for this task than Print Shop 3. Probably need some form of specialist graphics software, but these are often expensive or difficult to use.

I've found another way of exporting from Print Shop - see attached PDF and JPEG files. Maybe one of these will work.

I had a great trip to Europe, but back home now to winter chills. I live in Tasmania - down at the southernmost point of Australia. Only 4 weeks annual holiday for most people here.

Kerry,

Thanks for trying. They were oval again.
Oh, I had a throught...I wonder if the screen
resolution setting has any roll in this. Maybe
wide screen or close to it aand save3d then
when I open not so wide screen,

Kind of like Cinemascope lens of the 50 and 60s.
we'd see examples of the film at the movies before
and after shots when the lends was used. The squished
looking ovals then the curtian would open wider to reveal
the full Cinemascope effect.

cheers,

Hello Sync

One more to try - a JPEG file that a thought I attached to my last post, but seem to have missed. Not sure if the screen aspect ratio could be an issue.
