Recommendations on a CNC machine for PCBs?

I find most my pcb's are generally 2 or more layers with planes(fills) and use plated through holes.
but it still would be nice to make a quick 1/2 sided low cost pcb's for many uses. Many low cost consumer stuff is still 1 sided.

Just farm out the pcb making to Asia. Too cheap and fast to bother with doing anything else.... Your time, learning curve and they are slow. replacing cutting bits is a consumable cost. Small cost savings over-all if you do a lot of One-Off pcb's. May be some small turn-around time savings for single piece work.
AccurateCNC looks good though.
