Have you tried the manual and their applications support? This is a complicated piece of equipment, and it would cost me much time to guide you through all the details.

I know how to seting the LR and noise test.
But i don't know how to setting of impedance test.
Analog analyzer should be choice which?
Bandpass or band reject , THN or other.
Whether should be to select FFT??

I think your problem is more related to the basic impedance measurement rather than the operation of the SYS-2722. Basically you inject a current and measure resulting voltage drop, which by Ohm's law can be referred back to impedance. How you measure the voltage depends on many variables--usually it is a small voltage so you use a narrow band measurement.

Z_OUT -- Regulators like the Jung SR are in the 10's of micro-Ohms, mbe lower on a good morning.

If memory serves correctly, WJ used a signal from the Analog Generator of 2.5V and, using a big electrolytic and 50R resistor impinged the output of the regulator with this 50mA AC current for his seminal 1995 regulator articles.

From what I have read, the industry seems to prefer 25mA excitation current. Thus 1.25V.
