hi Everyone , I have a telequipment D61a, which I have going, I'd like to restore it as I feel it would be a useful piece of equipment in the work shop, does anyone have any manuals on this scope user/service, & could email them to me

I don`t want to put you off but Telequipment scopes of that period were rubbish when new.

I must have a good one , working just fine calibrated up with just one little tweek, so I must have the best one then.

I think that barrymagrec is being a little unkind to Telequipment. They were a budget Oscilloscope. If I remember correctly I used D61a thirty years ago and it was OK just not as good as Tektronix in performance or build quality.

This one of mine works just fine for my needs, I changed all the Electrolytic Capacitors, a small adjustment needed for calibration. For my needs its a good piece of equipment, Cost me £15.00p restored it my friend who is a service engineer for Siemens calibrated it job done . at the moment I need nothing bigger than a 10Mhz scope.

Well I am pleased that a number of people have had more success with Telequipment than I ever did, none of the several that I used ever triggered properly and the DC level drifted all over the place - but it was all along time ago.
