Yes it's still open. I need to get 25 people to sign up to get the discount. I'll leave it open till end of this month, then see where we are. Right now we're about half way.

I was surprised that the most recent issue of Elektor didn't have all 3 N. American flags -- US, Canada and Mexico -- there are a lot of Audio DIY'rs in Mexico with whom I correspond, and per capita, Canada probably has 10x the number in the US.

I've been a subscriber for about 5 years.
