TU-8300 from Adam
Here is the feedback from Adam: It is fun to build your amp..
Adam here, I bought this kit from you and WOW. I sat on it for months shopping for upgraded parts.....
Hammond 1630sea transformers ( they were so big I had to drill into the chassis -magic bracket was too small) Prp resistors and takman carbon in the path. Solen teflon in first stage then auricap XO for the next. A big tkd volume pot.
I also changed the HV electrolytics nearest to the tube stage to 4.7uf films of a little higher voltage.
I didn't change a single part in value nor change the original circuit in any way. It is quiet! And while it still needs some hours on it..breathtaking!
Been running it for 2 days and very impressed. Thanks so much for the kit. Elekit Rocks!
