2U w/Quasi Heatsink and ventilation

Some questions, regarding this unit: 2U Quasi-Heatsink Chassis in Tube Project Style - One solid cover, one vented cover - Full Width with Quasi Heatsinks - Chassis

1. Is it okay to have the vented panel on top? Looks like it.

2. Do you sell the Quasi Heatsinks separately. It could be useful to add a divider to the enclosure.

3. Are all the panels 3mm thick except for the front panel?

2. No.
3. Yes, all 3mm alu. The quasi heatsinks are, if I recall correctly, 10mm or so (total width). But we for some reason don't seem to have measurements on that.

Is the height 80mm the inside height or is it actually 80-6 = 74mm?

It's 80mm inside. The top and bottom panels sit on the "sides" of the heatsinks.

You can actually fit one of the regular 40mm deep heatsinsks "inside" - they are 80mm wide and it will be a flush fit.

So the useable internal space is 415 mm by 280 mm by 80 mm?
