Default focus problems

I just finished putting my projector together. I used a 400w ushio, 220mm fl fresnel, 550fl fresnel, daewoo 17" (L1711MN) and a LumenLab pro triplet. Im staisfied with the colors and the brightness, but I cannot get the corners and the center to focus at the same time. Anyone have any insight?
thanks,
Kalen

Are you sure you have your lens centered on where the arc's image is? I messed up on calculating that once. The image ended up being out of focus, especially in the bottom corners. I ended up making sure that my lamp, fresnels, lcd, and pj lens were all centered, using a level laser. That really helped.

Also, are you sure you have all your distances correct? Also, sometimes tweaking them, even in the "wrong" direction, can help.

I have a regular lens with a 17", and I've got pretty nicely focused corners and center (not perfect yet, but close enough so that I can see individual pixels all the way to two of the corners and almost all the way to the other two. Then again, I have a 330 mm fresnel between my lamp and lcd. I've heard that helps with even brightness, but I don't know about focus.

I hope this somehow helps.
