Default big screen help

This might sound stupid but I have a 46 inch big screen it is fried so I gutted it completely. What I want to do is mount a crt monitor inside so it will project on the screen. I tested it I put the monitor inside and and turned it on I can see light bit no image is there anything I can do to get the image to show. What my plans or is to mount the monitor and motherboard inside the case as if it was still a big screen and run a tv tuner card but the main thing I need is to get the image to show on the front screen if anyone can help thank you

wont work that way

you have to mount an LCD in the bottom, and project it onto the mirror which will project onto the diffusion screen
