Flipping image with vga pins?

I need to flip the image on my projector, as right now, text is backwards. I can use the nvidia keystone software, but that eats up my cpu, so that won't suffice. I could flip my panel, but then the AG layer would be facing the light, not to mention the fact that I'd have to rearrange my box. I could also use a fs mirror, but I'd rather not spend the money (hey, I'm cheap :)).

What I am wondering is this: is there a way to switch the pins on a vga cable in order to flip an image's horizontal definition? Just a thought.

The second thing is, would having the AG layer face the light degrade the picture, improve it, or do nothing?

Thanks for all of your help, guys.
