Default Can We Use a LCD TV for a DIY PJ?

I was wondering if it was possible to use an LCD tv instead of a monitor for a DIY pj?
Seems to me it would be easier as far a connections are concerned.

Thanks

Sure. There's no reason an LCD TV can't be used. I think most people don't consider it because they are more expensive than LCD monitors and many lack a 15-pin VGA and/or DVI connections.
