Default eight_heads' 15.4" projector

parts:
eMachines 15.4" LCD(extened ffc by soldering in new wires)
2- 330mm fresnals(from 3M 9700 OHP)
1- triplet lens(also from OHP)
400W MH BIG bulb(the football shaped one)
no reflector or condensor

well i started off with my lcd just on top of my 3M 9700 OHP, and i was happy with the results, but not the enclosure(or lack there of) so i decided to build one and upgrade the light source.

here are a few pictures of my projector in a test enclosure i am using for the moment, it's a straight through design with the OHP's mirror on top so that it is adjustable.
i am happy with the results so far and i am actually planning on a sideways doulbe-bend design

400W MH light bulb(football shape)/330mm+330mm fresnals sandwhiched togethor/3M triplet/Lexan XL10

so anyway, here are a few shots of the image:
they are both the opening for Matchstick Men showing the Warner Bros. symbol(more pics to come soon)
and they are being projected on a Queen size sheet(the whole sheet)

I started like you and then improved the setup. Now the projector is mounted atop an almirah at ceiling height being 22 feet away from the wall screen giving an image of 120 inches. The details including picture of the projector and screen shots are available at my web page below:-
