Default UK source for FFC components

Hey people

I've just taken apart an Acer FP538 to find I need to extend one of the FFCs.

I've searched and read about 7 threads but can't see any UK sources

I'm in the UK and was wondering if someone could tell me where I can get the connectors and cable from.

Maplin don't seem to carry them and RS components want a minimum of 10 for each order

Thanks in advance

Dave

I actually just ordered one from Lumelab to extend my Hami. I couldn't really identify a good source in the UK (although i might have missed one) and I know the one there will do the job.

Thanks for the reply, I'm trying to avoid using them if possible as I feel they massively overcharge taking advantage of this small DIY market.

Farnell also stock them now and as far as I know there's no minimum order.
