Sharp projection panel - blue streaks?

I've been using an OHP and a projection panel for some time and recently blue streaks started appearing across the screen during bright parts of the video. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if they know how to fix it. I opened up the panel and cleaned it thinking it could be due to dust, but that didn't work. Thoughts?
