Exclamation Help building the projector

Hey just i am building the Pico projector on diyprojectorcomapany.
I have a 2 lcds a infocus 7600ws and a 480c
I have the box done
I need to purchase this Varifocal 4-Element Projection Lens
or does any1 have other suggestion.
I have a fresnel for an ebay projection tv thing its okay.
The light source I need help with I need the light and the ballast not sure if I need a reflector or what for this projector.

I want this 400w HQI Metal Halide Kit but shoot thats $215 already man thats alot i looking for a cheap Ballast: Electronic 400w HQI Metal Halide Ballast or 250w

The image will be projected from my computer desk to the wall Aprox.. 8 feet

Do you have two fresnels or just the one? Do you know the focal lenght of the fresnel you have? I would guess with a condensor lens a 250W setup would suffice for that projector.

I have only one but what is the condersor lens for im new to this thing but i have been reading alot on this
