Default Need some help wiring ballast

I need some help wiring my ballast, I don't have a digital camera so the only picture I have is from fleabay. The image is attached, I am having problems figuring out the wiring of the cap which has 2 wires attached running from the ballast. also here is a link to the wiring diagram

Default Not quite sure what your question is?

The cap. wires would be connected as such. One wire would connect directly to your line voltage from the outlet. You only use one of the wires labeled 120,277...............etc. Depending on your line voltage the ones you do not use can be capped or taped. Hope this helps? thanx for your help, I'm having trouble posting the pic, anyways the ballast came wired to the cap by 2 wires, the wiring diagram I posted is the same as th eone on the ballast, it doesnt seem right to me.
