Default Sharp QA-1650 with HQI-TS 250W/D

Hello everybody and happy new year!!!

Setup:

-Sharp QA-1650,VGA,16 million collor,25 ms,S-video input,Composite input,VGA input,Serial input,Vga output,front and rear projection,Pal/Ntsc compatiple.
Comments:The polarizing filters are brand new and the top glass has been replaced with a cut to size 330mm FL 3M fresnel lens. The panel now produces crystal sharp images!Big difference from the old tech fade polarizers.

-Osram Hqi-ts 250w/d UVSTOP with the right gear to produce 20000lm.

-65mm dichroic spherical reflector,75mm temperred glass precondenser lens, temperred 2mm glass,220mm FL acrylic 3M make condenser fresnel,330mm FL acrylic 3M make field fresnel,345mm FL 80mm diameter triplet from China,3M 1708 front serfice mirror.

-2 80mm SUNNON fans 12v dc running on a 6V 2A stabilized power supply making extremelly low noice, basicaly you do not hear anything.

-12V 2A stabilized power supply for the sharp QA-1650.

-3M 1708 overhead projector arm and a lot of 2mm aluminium.

Here are the pics in 640X480,standard compresion jpeg format taken with a sony P5 cybershot.I do not know why the camera is so dark without the flass on,i tried everything in the menu but nothing!!!Ofcource with flass on it is impossible to capture projected images.I estimate that the projectors output is somewhere close to 350-400 lumens in full white window and 75" diagonal size, actually it is bright you can even watch it with 4 100W lamps on.The contrast ratio must be 50:1 but only a pro eye can see that, many of my friends talk about 200:1!!!
Ok with kodak cw100 light sensor i messured 25nits 1 meter away from the screen in full white window and 0,52nits 1 meter away from the screen in full black window.
Oh allmost forgot, the hole thing cost me 572.20 EURO for everything and almost 2 months time,i know i could buy a second hand comercial projector for less so the price was not a goal with this project.
Sorry for talking too much, pics now:
