Question hmmm, bigger is better???

~~~~~~~If i "rip" apart a 15 inch moitor, so that i have a Bad *** rez... and have an input, so i can also use it as a monitor for my computer...
1. Will it be difficult to build it with such a large lcd screen?
2. How do you think it would look
3. Should i build one where you take the backlighting off,and put your own light through it? Or are you better off building one of the ones where you don't have to take it appart? ...
And if so, is it bright enough if you don't add your own brighter backlight? or will it end-up looking like the ones i made from a tv years ago, where you could never get it bright enough???
your friend,
Jim
